RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking care of customer relationship
  • Supporting sales and marketing activities
  • Coaching and supporting sales team members in Baltics and Scandinavia
  • Managing purchasing/ sales contracts
  • Making ordering process smooth and efficient for our customers
  • Supporting our customers with required materials
  • Continuously collecting feedback and improving customer service by implementing necessary changes
  • Managing stock, assortment changes, providing required reports

YOU ARE A PERFECT MATCH IF

  • You are fluent in English (oral and written)
  • You have at least secondary or vocational education
  • You are experienced in sales, customer service or sales support
  • You are using Microsoft Office and preferably have used also Directo
  • You are self-motivated, well organized, and eager to grow professionally
  • You have great social and listening skills
  • You are able to work under pressure and within deadlines
  • You are a positive and honest team player
  • You are a hands-on person ready to carry out ad hoc activities when needed
