Sales Representative for the Grand Stockholm Area

Responsibilities

  • You will be working from the home office and reporting to the Country Sales Manager.
  • As a Sales Representative at Ty your role is to develop new business by finding new customers and taking care of existing customers’ needs.
  • Daily existing customer visits, creating effective circles and cycles for the future visit schedule to maximize sales and create good exposition through customers’ selling points; Enlarge Ty presence in existing customers’ stores; Introduce new assortment lines;
  • Leading local marketing activities through partner channels and improving brand recognition on the local market.
  • Presenting business opportunities for growth by introducing product programmes (solutions), developing and executing them.
  • Maximizing sales, expanding Ty presence, creating good exposition at customers’ stores. Maintain the plush displays at customers’ stores, visit the stores with new plush samples to update the displays according to the need and refill them;
  • Educate customers about Ty merchandising rules to maximize sales and profitability within assigned accounts while maintaining perfect customer service.
  • Being in charge of the sales plan and customer satisfaction.

Required experience & skills

  • You are fluent in Swedish & have an understanding of English on everyday user level.
  • You have a driving licence and a car.
  • You have a proven track record of minimum 3 years in B2B, B2C sales, preferably in FMCG and impulse items.
  • You have detailed know-how within the local retail landscape and proven track record of achievements in relationship building and sales.
  • Your mindset driving for continuous improvement is challenging the ways company is operating and you are making suggestions for innovation and change.
  • You have good social skills, networking and relationship building are your strengths.
  • You are able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
  • You are accountable, self-motivated high achiever.
  • You are a positive and honest team player.
  • You are ready to travel locally.
