  • Taking care and developing existing B2B key accounts increasing Ty presence
  • Finding new accounts, negotiating the deals and making offers
  • Leading mutual marketing activities through partner channels
  • Coordinating merchandisers’ work in Lithuania
  • Being in charge of the sales plan based on data analysis


  • You are fluent in Lithuanian & English (oral and written), preferably also Russian
  • You have a B category driving licence
  • You have a proven track record of minimum 3 years in B2B, B2C sales, preferably in FMCG and impulse items
  • You have detailed know-how within the local retail landscape and proven track record of achievements in relationship building and sales
  • You are open to change, continuous self-development, improvement of the business; you can dream big and create action plans for execution; hungry for sales, excellent communicator and team player
